Join Xpressions Medical as a registered patient to access ongoing primary care with our Nurse Practitioner.
Your first step is a New Patient Intake appointment — a comprehensive 60-minute visit where we review your full health history, medications, and goals to create a personalized care plan.

Once registered, you’ll have access to all general medical services, follow-ups, and chronic disease management visits.

These services are available to individuals who have completed a New Patient Intake (or Family Intake) and are registered for ongoing care with Xpressions Medical.

Registered patients have access to comprehensive primary care services, including annual physicals, chronic disease management, acute visits, sexual health, medication reviews, clinic procedures, and administrative forms.

Care is provided on a private-pay basis until nurse practitioner OHIP billing becomes available in Ontario (anticipated April 2026).
Fees are based on visit type and length, and follow-up visits are offered at a lower rate when appropriate. Follow-up visits can only be booked by the clinic by phone.

These services are available to individuals who are not registered for ongoing care with Xpressions Medical. They provide short-term, focused consultations for specific concerns such as women’s health, mental health, cognitive changes, or sexual health.

A full intake appointment is not required. Each consultation includes assessment, documentation, and recommendations for next steps.
Laboratory testing or imaging may be recommended and can require follow-up appointments (billed at $50 per visit). The prices listed with each category are for the initial consultation.

Ongoing management or prescriptions are not included unless you choose to register as a patient with Xpressions Medical.
